AI Front Desk and Foundation are month to month. Growth and Scale carry a six-month minimum, because local SEO genuinely takes that long to show, and we’d rather say so than take three months of your money and shrug.
We don’t take two competing practices in the same market. If your city is already taken, we’ll tell you on the first call.
Because a one-time build starts decaying the day it launches. The market rate for a practice website is roughly $4,000 to $8,000 up front, then $300 or more a month to maintain, then a rebuild every few years when it’s outdated. Our fee covers the build, the hosting, the security, the ongoing improvement and the AI front desk, with no rebuild bill later. If you’d genuinely rather own a site outright, we’ll tell you honestly whether that’s the better call for your situation.
